ONYX Colourways are available exclusively as a pre-order due to the limited nature of the release. All orders will ship within 4-6 weeks.

All other items will ship within 1-2 business days.

Lubov is a Canadian-based brand shipping worldwide with trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped.

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our drops, all purchases from Lubov are FINAL SALE.

We do not offer:

• returns

• refunds

• cancellations once the order is placed

Each piece is produced in small batches and cannot be replaced once sold out.

📑 Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not controlled or collected by Lubov.

Customers are responsible for paying any required import fees.

If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs, courier and handling fees will be deducted from any refund.
